2026/27 Academic Year:
Offers have now been issued for children transitioning to secondary school in September 2026. Children and parents will be being given details of transition activities and what is needed to complete the admission into their new school.
2027/28 Academic Year:
Applications will open for 27/28 academic year on September 1st. The deadline for submitting your application is 31 October 2026.
11+ Assessments - a note for parents
We strongly believe that every child should have the best possible education and fully support families who choose to attend assessments for the 11+ exams and Grammar School entry. However we also hold high expectations for children attending Civitas and this means that only the time required to complete the assessment will be an authorised absence from school. If parents keep children home for more time than needed to complete the assessment, the time will be recorded as unauthorised.
Parents should inform the school as soon as they have a booking to complete an assessment and provide evidence of the booking. Notification should be submitted using the absence from learning form or by requesting a paper copy through the school office.
